Embodied Intelligence: The Future of Robotics
April 23rd, 1-3pm
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
We’re excited to welcome members of the public to learn about the future of robotics, the importance of the design of physical structure, and how robotics can be used to solve the challenges of the future, in this free online event. We will address questions such as:
- What is intelligence?
- Can a robot exist without a brain?
- What will the robots of the future look like?

…and demonstrate cutting edge research in this area.
Who is this aimed at? This is aimed at KS3/KS4 Computer Science and Engineering students, and in addition the general public. We hope this will be exciting and informative event, and inspire a next generation of robotic engineers! We will also touch on concepts central to the Computer Science GCSE and A Level Curriculum, to demonstrate how these fundamental concepts play a significant role in cutting edge robotics research.
